HR Director for Premier Egypt

We are #Hiring HR Director for one of the biggest multinationals working in Software Development located at 6th of October City with the below requirements :

– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience .
– 15+ years of relevant experience in multinational companies.
– Huge experience in managing HR network , OD , Process Improvement , Recruitment & Selection , Salaries Policies/ Review , Compensation & Benefits , Training , Employee Engagement , & Communications.
– Excellent command of English language is a must.
– Excellent communications and people management skills.
