Now we are looking for “IT Help Desk”
Job Description:
– Providing first level support through taking calls and supporting Service Requests- Installing and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanner
– Keeping the inventory of the IT hardware up to date.- Remote Support
– Surveillance systemJob Requirements:
– Mokattam residence is preferable
– Customer service- Communication skills- Ability to learn quickly
– Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
– Ability to work under pressure
– Teamwork skills Preferred know
MCSA or MCSE CCNA
