Technical support engineer for Pc&link company

Pc&link company hiring Technical support engineer
· Education: University Degree.
· Experience: 1 to 5 years Maximum age 30.
· MCSE, MCSA or CCNA are preferred.
· Very good knowledge of MS infrastructure (Active directory, DNS, DHCP).
· Remote support of technical issues via telephone and/or with remote support software.
· Assist users in resolving technical PC and network problems.
· Benefits: salary start from 4000 / 4500 EGP.
· Working hours: from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
· Days Off: Friday and Saturday.
· Located: Maadi
