Requirement
1. BSc in Human Resources Management or Relevant degree.
2. Background in Oil & gas, construction, Technical industry is a #Must
3. Gender: Male Only
4. Proven work experience in Technical Sourcing.
5. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Hiring databases.
6. Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
7. Screen applicants’ resumes against position specifications and conduct initial / final interviews in coordination
with the requesting Clients.
8. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
10. Salary: Negotiable.
