We are currently hiring Junior Network Engineer
Job Description
•        Proactively monitor and troubleshoot on Network incidents affecting the NOC Systems and customers' services and ensure maximum availability and performance.
•        NOC Engineer will perform these tasks using various standard network management tools, internal ticketing systems.
•        Liaise and coordinate with other departments, service providers, external vendors, and suppliers on all network-related issues.
•        Monitor the health of network infrastructure and act upon alert/issue arises. Schedule for network maintenance.
•        Network alerts must be escalated.
•        Continuous monitoring improvement.
•        Monitoring ISP, different network segments, links bandwidth and ensuring that the customer Internet link from ISP is working properly.

Qualifications
      
•        Junior Network Level from 1–3-year NOC experience troubleshooting on multiple monitoring systems, infrastructure, different network segments and unified ticketing systems.
•        Knowledge of Cisco routers, SD-WAN and Network Infrastructure.
•        Ability to work a variety of different shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays to support a 24X7X365 environment.
•        Shows initiative and has a strong desire to share knowledge with others.
•        Certifications: CCNA is a must and CCNP enterprise, ITIL is preferred.
