LA HIKI BACK WAITER --ON CALL

Basic Purpose: Provide exceptional service by assisting Server with delivery of food from kitchen, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver while attending to guest requests. Essential Functions: 1. Greet guests and deliver food and beverage items with accuracy and timeliness while explaining the contents; anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are necessary. (20%) 2. Ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. (15%) 3. Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service. (15%) 4. Stock linens, china, glass, silver, for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition in addition to food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages etc. (15%) 5. Breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations; preparation of condiment and garnish items. (15%) 6. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in OhanaPact. (10%) 7. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. (10%) Non-Essential Functions: 1. Seat guests. 2. Take guests food orders. 3. Moving tables and chairs.
