Residential (HOA) Accountant, Full Time

This position will manage the Private Residences Condominium Owners Association. They will prepare financial reports and maintain accounting records for the Four Seasons Vail Private Residences Condominium Owners Association.  The Residential Accountant will assist the Director of Finance in the administration of all financial aspects of the residential operation and assist the Director of Residence and the residential team in all basic function of the daily operations of the residence service office.  The Residential Accountant tasks include: produce daily income journal, reconciliation of deposits, owner fees, credit card payments, Opera transfers, direct bills, and miscellaneous revenue on a continuing basis and maintain house charge accounts and inter-company accounts with hotel, reconciling on an ongoing basis. They will also manage invoicing, maintain bank accounts, post home owner fees, assist in preparing for annual HOA meeting, collect annual assessments, following up on delinquencies, and compile month end explanations on budget variances.

Residential (HOA) Accountant skills and qualifications needed: Minimum  2 years accounting experience, strong computer and math skills, excellent organization and communication skills. Previous experience managing an accounting component of a resort preferred. Previous experience in an HOA is extremely helpful. 

Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
