The Role

As a Senior TA Specialist, you will be responsible to ensure we are getting the top-notch talents in the market across the Technology department, providing the right environment, and increasing our brand loyalty to deliver best-in-class results, setting our brands up for sustainable success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire lifecycle of recruiting from kicking off a new search, job description development, building a robust evaluation strategy, sourcing and closing candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to manage the requirements and expectations for the open vacancies.
  • Responsible for guiding hiring managers and candidates through Vezeeta’s selection process.
  • Utilizing ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results
  • Be passionate about tech and healthcare and why people should work here
  • Spread VeezLOVE through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc.
  • Candidate obsession! Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
  • +3 years of full-lifecycle experience recruiting engineers.
  • Deep understanding of the technical landscape and able to speak eloquently about software development
  • Proven success in hiring software engineers across technology platforms and different countries
  • Experience in working closely with engineering leadership and interviewers
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
  • Superior negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ATS.
  • Excellent communications skills in English and Arabic.
