The Role

As a fundamental member of the Finance Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

Responsibilities

Building all financial needed processes to be able to provide data to external stakeholders.
Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan
Work with Business Unit heads to forecast the company performance (short term & long term)
Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors
Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends, and associated commentary to the Leadership team, from Finance KPIs perspective
Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance
Revising budget on a quarterly basis
Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
Provide insights to senior management around financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Finance or related field.
8+ years of experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

A curiosity to learn and a willingness to adapt as new and different challenges emerge.

Solid interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
