ABC's Management Training Program includes rotation throughout the functions of the Marketing Department. In each function, you will recieve a specific assignment to ensure diverse learning and development opportunities are made available for the joiners.
You will be a paid ABC employee working on a full-time employment contract.
What do we offer? The program is designed to give you early responsibility, which will prepare you to hit the ground running! Part of your time will be dedicated to job specific training, to ensure you have all the skills you need as an employee in our company. You will receive tuition from our expert coaches and receive feedback regularly.
Completing the program: Once you have completed the one and a half year program you will become a professional potential manager in our company. How quickly you can get there will depend on your ability and desire to succeed! What are we looking for? Fresh graduates of a Marketing major or maximum 2 years marketing experience after graduation Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential Enthusiastic team player and able to work under pressure An excellent written and verbal of both the English and Arabic languages is a must
