Job Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Liaise with FEC Business and IT counterparts to identify Business needs and fitment to existing or required IT Services/ Solutions (including BI tools).
- Responsible for the software analysis for FEC business.
- Must provide prompt solutions for effective delivery of FEC business in any software, hardware/technical aspects.
- Responsible for the development of custom reports required by business and customization besides the standard reports offered by FEC Applications.
- Develop necessary modules to make particular procedures to be more effective for business if required.
- Maintenance and Administration of Database Servers MSSQL Server and Other DB’s across LEC
- Design, test, implement, maintain, and control the organization’s physical, relational and object-oriented databases across multiple platforms and computing environments
- Participate in the review and further development of data architectures and database management policies and standards
- Ensure proper documentation is delivered at each stage/ phase of the new project site by liaising with the project manager and uploaded on the project repository
- Participate in the planning, design, and usage of data resources
- To develop database systems to automate manual processes
- Evaluate current systems and recommend and implement process improvements
- Develop ad-hoc reports
- Be responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation, documentation, security policy compliance and standards.
- Directly responsible on dealing with business on understanding new concept of operations and develop and business flow.
- Responsible in building the solution concepts from drafting, development, testing and deployment of System Projects of FEC businesses.
- Responsible of the training and presentation of the system solutions to businesses.
- Responsible of the Project phase documentation and implementation of solutions
- Provide inputs and work closely with the leadership in creating and implementing short and long-term strategic plans for IT as a department that delivers stable, cost-effective, and scalable integrated solutions to meet current and future business requirements of Business.
- Contribute to plan and manage the growth of the infrastructure capabilities of the department to cope with the business growth through application of best practices on different technologies
- Act as an Advisor to Business for their needs and validate/ propose IT Application Solutions and Services
- Provide support to Draft RFP, Formalize Vendor responses to expedite best-fit Application and Vendor Selection
- Ensure selected vendor, solution is aligned with the Business/ IT Vision and Strategy
- Deploy and troubleshoot systems and network problems, and generally identify several programming languages for scripting or automation of routine tasks.
- Support Business and IT Counterparts in routine planning activities for all IT Functions
- Review Project Plans and highlight the areas of concern. Further, provide remedies to address bottlenecks
- Engage in hands-on, in-depth analysis, reviews, and designs of the software, including technical reviews and analysis of source code; and technologies provided by third-party vendors.
- Cordially work with Business and IT Counterparts to Implement, Integrate new solutions with FEC Applications and ticketing Solutions with flexible and scalable methods or middleware
- Support the Business and IT counterparts during Testing, Training, and implementation
- Ensure that the developed component/ production release is duly tested by all project stakeholders (including Ventures) before deployment
- Manage issues with application integrations and coordinate corrections with partners/internal Team
- Participate in weekly IT meetings and contribute with constructive inputs to enhance/ optimize Business Applications and IT Services
- Ensure all IT Counterparts are duly updated on recent updates of assigned action items
- Proactively communicate Business and IT Counterparts on Project Issues, Risks and actions causing potential delays
- Create and Adhere Governance Framework to enhance the Security, Sanity, Stability of FEC Applications and IT Services
- Ensure that all actions taken are duly authorized, approved and aligned with Business and IT strategy before execution
- Develop cordial relationships with all direct or indirect stakeholders and avoid any operational bottlenecks
- Conduct quality initiatives (including code and data reviews)
- Apply Techno-Functional skills to ensure Enhancement/Upgrades, Data Integrity and Support of FEC and ticketing applications and related integrations
- Stay tuned with upcoming technologies, assess their ROI/ feasibility, and propose innovative ways to optimize operating costs, increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the Business and IT counterparts by resolving any reported technical incident or problem with application vendor as per the predefined SLAs and support procedures
- Work closely with IT Counterparts to develop DR, BCP and Oversee Overall Architecture, Security of Applications, Technology trends such as emerging standards for new technology opportunities.
- Facilitate internal/external audit engagements to ensure audit observations related to IT Applications are addressed.

- The job Incumbent is responsible for managing FEC and ticketing Solutions, Database Management, Reports development and Integrations for MAF LEC. The job incumbent will need to be available for on-call weekend and after business hours for support.

Minimum experience
- Experience in FEC and ticketing Solutions, SQL Server and integration capabilities
- Previous experience of more than 5 years in Leisure and Entertainment industry
- Experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, functional and technical requirements, coding, debugging, testing, release and operational support.
- Experience with software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.
- Experience in Web Services development and integrations
- Knowledge on Programming Languages like Java, C#, VB.NET, PHP and Scripting Languages like VBScript, JavaScript and web development tools
- Database Technologies – MS SQL Server 2012, MySQL, MS Access
- Experience in data modeling and database design, from conceptualization to database optimization
- Experience with large scale and global IT projects
- Strong Technical and Functional knowledge
Minimum Qualifications/education
- Bachelor’s Degree in information Technology or equivalent.
