Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of network performance issues. Network equipment and infrastructural hardware/software configuration. Proactive network and system performance monitoring and metrics Monitors and manages system resources Maintains excellent communication with the IT Manager on all tasks and projects. Respond to Computer users’ requests (by phone, email, and person).
