Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in Payroll & Personal.
- Previous experience as a manager is required.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in English.
- Own a car is a plus.
