Job Description:
Plan and conduct interview and selection procedures, including setting selection criteria, screening calls, assessments & in-person interviews, performing reference checks, and Preparing job offers
Orienting new employees with their job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions
Conduct sourcing activities through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Conduct Exit interview
Responsible for On-boarding.
Job Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in hiring for white and blue collars.
HR Diploma is a plus.
Work Conditions:
· Working Hours(8am-4pm)
· Location : Maadi
· Transportation provided
