Job Description

EWMC is hiring IT Help desk

Location: Heliopolis Cairo

-Duties & Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, Configure IT infrastructure issues related to servers, network devices and related systems.
Ensure monthly, weekly and daily backup of business critical IT systems.
CCTV installation, troubleshooting & configuration.
IP Phones PBX and VoIP systems installation, troubleshooting & configuration.
Door Access Controller installation, troubleshooting & configuration.
Finger Print Machine installation, troubleshooting & configuration.
Wireless solutions installation, troubleshooting & configuration.
Printer , and scanner installation, troubleshooting & configuration.
Adept with IT requisition, purchase and asset management.
Setup IT offices including IT Rack , Patch panel , Termination ,Patching cables, UPS, and other peripherals.
Coordinate with Internet Service Providers such as Etisalat for New connection , Internet issues and other related queries.
Software installation.
Email monitoring and support using Office 365, Outlook, and related software.
Setting up firewall policies as per the organizational standards.
Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
Manage backups of all servers and databases.

-General Requirements

Able to work from Saturday to Thursday.
Nearby Heliopolis resident is a must.
Effective communication with a stuff
Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Highly Organized and able to manage tasks efficiently
Attention to detail
