We are seeking people with a strong sense of logistics and a minimum five years experience in office move systems to join our team as Facility Space Administrators in the Houston area. This position calls for a lot more than a strong back and an idle mind. This professional will be called upon to maintain data on all occupied and inactive facility space, and schedule and coordinate office moves. Selected candidate will also oversee the receipt, storage, repair, delivery, and transfer of office furniture; and record the payment of related invoices. In addition to the minimum five years experience, qualified candidates should have basic computer skills, strong customer service skills, and solid organization, administration, and communication skills.
