POSITION

Due to the high demand within the Sydney office space the position of warehouse administrator/logistics officer has become available to deal with the high volume logistics. Your focus will be on job allocation, planning production schedules, & organising dispatch via various different couriers, to ensure that customers receive products in accordance with their needs, at the highest quality standards, with on-time delivery. To receive and check inwards goods for matching to outstanding orders and/or store correctly. Stock control is a vital element of this position.

CANDIDATE

You Will Also Need Have The Following Prerequisites

The ideal candidate will need to be coming from a strong administration background and be able to be proactive and think outside the box to deal with couriers and deliveries.

Strong organisational skillsPrevious experience working within DispatchData entry and coordination of stockPrevious experience with Stock ControlWarehouse supportHave experience working within a warehouse environmentThe ability to multitask and be one step aheadExcellent communication & customer service skillsPrevious experience using CRM systems
