To be the In-field technical & marketing BI expert for Ruminant products in the TMVS dedicated area:
Distributors: To provide a local marketing & technical support on BI bio and pharma products
Key Accounts: to promote the BI bio and pharma range by providing closed technical support and by proposing an appropriate vaccination scheme (diagnostic, vaccines, vaccination material)
KOL: to set and follow-up a local network
Duties & Responsibilities
To act in cooperation with the Ruminant Technical and Marketing manager, ABM, and distributors of the TMVS area To contribute to define areas of potential growth To contribute to define the marketing strategy for the ruminant product range To ensure Ruminant marketing plan implementation. To achieve the Ruminant sales objectives To follow up product registration To report relevant Countries, Industry and Market (Competitors, Channels, KA, End users) updates
Distributors
To follow the implementation of the strategies approved by the Technical & marketing managers in order to achieve sales target To provide technical training of the local team on our products & associated diseases To follow up and inform about competitors action and market evolution To organize , in coordination with distributors, local seminars and roadshow To promote BI bio and pharma products
Key Accounts
To analyze the potential of all key accounts in the TMVS area To propose customized actions in order to achieve sales target To obtain and promote testimonies To run field trials under the supervision of the Technical & Marketing managers
KOLs
To regularly contact key faculty members & Key opinion leaders to inform, update and consult with them about BI products To gather new information related to possible new product development, new scientific findings related to our product lines and competitors
Requirements
A Veterinary Medicine Degree is mandatory. Post graduate degree in poultry would be of added value At least 3 years proven technical and marketing experience in poultry Fluency in English and Arabic In depth knowledge of the poultry market environment and the key accounts business. Financial skills (ability to analyse numbers, margins and sales) Strong expertise in Ruminant mainly in Dairy Cattle Good knowledge of all steps of Ruminant production Strong expertise in ruminant diseases and pathologies and industrial farming Able to travel around 50 of 60% of his/her time Knowledge in Technical & Marketing Solid team player
