During this 2 years remunerated internship as a Sales Support Specialist you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Health Care Sales Team and support them with orders creation and flow ups. You are responsible for: Providing support to the business where necessary in order to achieve forecast and sales targets which may include supporting colleagues within the operational team Updating and maintaining prospects in CRM Tool and chasing overdue prospects with the sales team, providing stats on prospects versus orders received Ensuring customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Philips Healthcare Attending conferences and exhibitions and carry out organizer duties where required Responding to general sales inquiries and escalating where necessary Quotes and Tenders : providing support to team, processing quotes and preparing tenders, or providing quotation status overview to sales when necessary Keeping up to date information about customer training received and entitlements Interaction with Marketing, Master Data and Order Desk to prepare QD output Getting QD output approved by relevant Approvers according to Delegation Matrix. Follow-up with Order Desk to place order based on Signed/Confirmed Commercial offer. You are a part of the dynamic North East Africa Market Operation Healthcare Team .
