We are hiring “Recruitment Specialist “for One of the biggest printing and publishing companies in Egypt.
Job Requirements:
· 2-3 years of experience in recruitment Blue and white collar prefer in sales.
· Bachelor degree in any field.
· recruitment specialist is responsible for the entire recruiting cycle and undertakes all hiring activates from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
· Recruitment specialist include connecting with potential candidates, screening applications.
· Create and publish jobs in various portals (Wuzzaf, Forsna ) .
· Recruitment specialist is responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
· Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
