Training Coordinator- Expertise and Knowledge Management
Job Description
Take care of all the logistics of Technical training department which includes the following:-
Assist the department in allocating and booking rooms for training. Assist in developing the e-learning modules by organizing the video recording rooms, e-learning recording sets, etc… Assist the department in organizing workshops/meetings and document the minutes of meeting Collect the data of department KPIs. In addition to presenting it periodically to support decision making. Assist Technical training department in developing the materials quickly in presentation format. Collect the feedback and survey results on the initiatives and training done by department. Assist the department in all marketing campaigns for training and university relation. Guide the university tours inside Valeo premises. Make the data entry of all department data which includes-
Keeping the data and contacts of all students (contacted through university relations). Taking the data from manual forms in order to sort them and contact them for internship/hiring. Collecting the feedback and survey results in digital records B.Sc. of Business Administration or equivalent From 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, MS Word). Proficiency in Google docs and spreadsheet is a plus ICDL is a plus Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Training administration is a plus Good command of English Excellent communication skills Excellent administrative skills. Good presentation skills Multinational exposure is a plus Graphics design is a plus.
