Support HR Manager and work according to the HR dept strategy Handle the recruitment full process Keeping employees files up-to-date and in compliance with legal and government requires. Receiving and checking documents of newly hired candidates, and opening bank accounts for them. Collecting the employees’ performance appraisal forms and maintaining a comprehensive archive system for them. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional workshops.

Requirements

Experience from (1-3) years.

Certificate in HRM is preferable

Deep knowledge with recruitment process and recruitment Channels.
