Your Job

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing all electronic devices, primarily in smart phones, tablets.

You will perform routine inspections, testing and repair of smart phones and other mobile devices. You will maintain an accurate documentation of repair tracking and work orders on the sale tracking system. You will need to read and translate repair documents, videos and share your experience and learning with other technicians throughout the company via online forums and other electronic media. You will also perform high quality repairs and refurbishment of electronic devices: phones/tablets/laptops/GPSs/ etc and manage parts inventory.

Your Skills And Experience

You hold a Technical School or Technical School Graduation with a minimum of 1 years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, storing and handling electronic devices primarily smart phones and tablets.

You are detailed-oriented and well organised. You always look to develop your skills and promote teamwork. You should be able to communicate in English.

يقع ضمن مهام فني الصيانة مسؤولية تشخيص الأعطال في الأجهزة الإلكترونية وإصلاحها، وبشكل خاص الهواتف الذكية والأجهزة اللوحية. ومن ضمن مهامك إجراء عمليات فحص روتينية وتجربة وإصلاح الهواتف الذكية وغيرها من الأجهزة المتنقلة. ويتوجب عليك توثيق عمليات الإصلاح وأوامر العمل بدقة عالية على نظام تتبع المبيعات. ومن مهامك كذلك قراءة وترجمة وثائق عمليات الإصلاح والفيديوهات ومشاركة خبراتك والتعلم من فنيي الصيانة الآخرين في الشركة عبر المنتديات الإلكترونية وغيرها من منصات الإعلام الإلكترونية، فضلاً عن إجراء عمليات إصلاح عالية الجودة لأجهزة تضم الهواتف والأجهزة اللوحية وأجهزة اللاب توب وأجهزة تحديد المواقع الجغرافية وغيرها، بالإضافة إلى إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار. للمزيد من المعلومات حول منصبك، يرجى الاطلاع على الوصف الوظيفي المرفق.

مهاراتك وخبرتك:

يجب أن تكون حاصلاً على شهادة في العلوم التقنية مع خبرة لا تقل عن عام واحد في تشخيص وتصليح وتخزين الأجهزة الإلكترونية وبشكل خاص الهواتف الذكية والأجهزة اللوحية. كما يجب أن تمتلك قدرة عالية على الانتباه لأدق التفاصيل وأن تكون منظماً وتحرص دائماً على تطوير مهاراتك وتعزيز روح العمل الجماعي. ويجب أن تكون قادراً على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية
