Raya Information Technology; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire aAdministrator (Training & OD)  with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:

 

Key job responsibilities

 -Prepare the training plan using received PAs, follow up on receiving employees Training evaluations to be consolidated and analyzed
- Send Training Invitations to employees as per training plan & providers’ training announcements to reach a final list of confirmed attendees.
- Keep training records, needed accruals, payment processing, filing & documentation
- Research and selects outside consultants and trainers to conduct training in specific topics
- Conduct orientation and knowledge transfer sessions and arrange on-the job training for new hires
- Receive Performance Appraisal (PA) forms, review and data entry in the appraisal sheet and report discrepancies
- Support in implementing, consolidating and analyzing internal sources of data, (ECHO, 360, Exit Interviews ,PA etc)
- Research and network for new HR practices, modules or any new OD projects to be updated with the latest practices
- Execute all OD policies and standard operating procedures and ensure its implementation in the proper way

 


Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- 0-2 years of experience in HR
- Excellent planning skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Customer Centric
