Main Duties & Responsibilities Prepares weekly ordering for guest supplies, operating supplies , cleaning supplies… etc. To co-ordinates the work assignments for the day to day. Operation with Deputy Executive Housekeeper. Sorts and distributes function sheets to concerned associates. To handle lost & found as per policies and procedure. To assist and follow up on all guest queries through the log book and guest service center. To be aware of Sheraton loyalty programs. Organizes dept. notice board and files. To act according to the complaint handling standards and procedures. Prepares time sheet report. To carry out any duties as may be requested by the Dept. Head. Attends training sessions. Supervision and responsibility of signing out of keys in the dept. Answering telephone within three rings. Leases with supervisors on the floor helps and assists them with inquiries. To assist the guest with all queries. To act according to the complaint handling standards & procedures.
