Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in human resources, labor and employee relations, law or other relevant discipline is required
- HR Certificate
- 3-5 years of experience in the HR department
- EXCELLENT English
- Females are preferred 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment
- Decision-making skills
- Demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization and with appropriate external stakeholders
