Job Summary

Toensure that all hotel associates are wearing the correct , clean ,tidy uniformsand comply with Sheraton standard.

* Main duties and responsibilities: *

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Tobe fully responsible for all hotel uniforms.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Tosupervise uniform room staff during the daily work.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Toorganize schedule for changing delivering uniforms for all the hotel staff.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Tocoordinate with the laundry dept. concerning cleaning staff uniforms.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Toensure that hygienic hotel regulation are well regarded in the uniform room.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Makesure that hygienic rules are well maintained.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Separateall discarded uniform and repair if possible.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Tobe full responsible for uniform room.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Ensureassignments given to uniform associates are carried out and followed up.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Proposeidea and suggest improvements where felt necessary.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Followup any duties assigned by dept. head.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Tocommunicate very close with dept. head.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Organizeand prepares the daily and weekly jobs related to him/her.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Records,reports and follows up the laundry dept. all hotel uniforms.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Prepareall uniforms needed for the Hotel s function or any events.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Keepsrecords of discarded uniforms.

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Keepsthe records of the new uniforms and up date files regularly.

To train, develop, guide and motivate the uniform associates.
