Maintenance Supervisor

Performs a variety of complex installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, testing and repair activities on standard manufacturing or facilities equipment or electrical installations, typically at a medium to large single site. Works from maintenance schedules, detailed drawings, sketches, specification, manuals or verbal/written instructions. Locates, investigates and diagnoses complex mechanical or electrical issues.Organizes and coordinates schedules for periodic inspections, preventive maintenance and service to ensure readiness, safety and efficiency of complex equipment.Responsible for spare parts inventory, organizing and controlling supplies of repair parts. Maintains records of stocks on hand, suppliers and equipment specifications.Schedule, train, assign work, check work and mentor Maintenance Technicians. Coordinate team activities ensuring team understands operation’s needs. May assist in estimating labor and equipment costsPerform any other essential duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
College/university degree or equivalent, Two-year technical diploma/degree or equivalentMinimum 5 – 7 years’ Experience in maintenance area specific to that supervised, including at least 2-3 years as team leaderFluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.Position will be based in Conditioning Plant (Meet Bera – Menofia – Quesna)Operations managers and other supervisors, machinery and equipment suppliers, and service suppliers
