  • Handle customers’ issues and complaints.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and keep following up.
  • Keen on the after-sales survey.
  • Welcome and greet customers and register all customer data in CRM System.
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
  • Perform monthly analysis besides reports for the service center.
  • Provide customers with all information that they need.
  • Arrange all customer visits and handle them kindly to the Service advisor.
  • Make daily No Show Reports for Service customers and follow up to make new reservations
