Posting Description Bachelors degree of Engineering - (Mechatronics or Electrical is a must) Mission and Main Objectives The main objective is to keep the facilities in a healthy condition to achieve the target of production, also to be a proactive and value add member in the organization through adaptation of cost reduction activities (Energy Saving and Spare Part Localization) which have a significant impact and remarkable revenue for the organization.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities Establish and lead strategic short and long term goals of Paint shop and Utilities shop to improve facility durability and reduce FDR. Diagnosing breakdown problems; Use root-cause-failure analysis, and take corrective actions to prevent breakdown reoccurrence. Assigns maintenance personnel and technical support teams for sites required 24/7. Control and report Paint and Utilities KPIs. Plan and Manage Risk Assessment plan for Paint and Utilities shops. Manage Energy saving projects. Plan and Manage Annual Shutdown Projects related to Paint and Utilities shops. Keep a standard for technicians work flow and linked it with technicians KPIs. Assists in Engineering Projects (Study, Specs and Installation). Assists in Localization Projects. Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods. Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults. Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly. Carrying out quality inspections on jobs. Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues. Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components. Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment; to minimize the maintenance expenses. Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs. Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs. Improving health and safety policies and procedures. Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines. Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns. Identifies and captures opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability. Keeps current with latest equipment, technologies, and maintenance methods. Promotes importance of data and service quality within maintenance community. Assists with development and coaching of junior maintenance staff. Participates in technical audits and compliance assessments, and follows up on closure of remedial action plans.
Background & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
