Scrum Master is required for a software house located in Almaza

Duties:
· Facilitate and manage road mapping, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
· Work with product owners to define vision and ensure team is on the right track
· Ensure cross-team coordination
· Resolve and support critical issues and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner
· Identify continuous improvement opportunities, makes recommendations for changes in policies and procedures, if necessary, and participates in process improvement
· Prepare effective verbal and written communications regarding progress and status for both internal and external teams and stakeholders
· Perform hands-on working including analysis, design, testing, and change management as needed by the team

Requirements
. 2 Years of experience.
· Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
· Highly proficient in English and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
