Job description:
- Installing new software and hardware components
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Installing Network nodes and cabling
- Install and configure security Cameras (IP Cams, wired - wireless)
- Install and configure wired & wireless Network equipment (Routers-Switches-Access Points)
- Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands
- Assisting with network administration tasks
- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure
- Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software
- Research for more reliable or efficient IT and Communication solutions
- familiar with Sophos and FortiGate firewall, Hyper-V
