Kellogg's Egypt is hiring HR Business Partner - Alex Plant
Required:
-Must have the capability to develop a deep mastery of the HR process (e.g. recruiting, training, diversity, employee relations, social law, etc)
-Lead the People Centre of Excellence work in partnership with business leaders. Demonstrates strategic understanding of the business, its advantage points, and its organizational implications.
-Work as a partner with all functions to provide HR support. Role models the K Values. Displays a high level of personal and professional integrity
-Networks externally to leverage the plant's image.
-Drives HR as a competitive advantage for the Company. Needs to be influential as well as a collaborative and effective communicator.
-Excellent English language skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Must be a resident of Alex
-Experience from 2 to 3 years
