Lafarge Egypt is currently hiring: HR Generalist

Job Purpose:
Monitor, report, and follow up on Sokhna Plant’s and Geocycle’s HR performance in terms of performance management, organization development, learning & development, talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits and management systems

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, majoring in HR or any relevant field

Technical Skills: Human Resources Management knowledge and practice in job analysis, performance management, learning, development, talent management, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an industrial environment.
