Senior Planning and Cost Control Engineer

 Job Requirements:

1. Experience +8 years is a must

2. Bachelor Degree from engineering, Architecture or Civil

3. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and leadership skills

• Job Responsibilities

1. Supervision to produce project Baseline

2. Report project progress and Contractor Performance using proper measurement tools Delay analyst and assess of EOT Claim

3. Review and approve Revised plan subject to EOT / VO

4. Prepare and reply to Contractual letters under FIDIC forms

5. Monitor control logs and Investigate for early warning/key risk

6. Monitor long lead items and critical activities Report Earned value comparing to planned value

7. Review and approve Baselines to compile master Baseline

8. Manage and report the illogical issue and early warning

9. Review potential illogical issue and report early warning

10. monthly report and MOM

11. long lead items based on E2 and control log

• Working conditions:

• Location: New Capital

• Working Hours: From 8 AM: 4 PM “Thursday to 2 AM”

• Day off Friday
