Getting thousands of different products onto the shelves in our customer's stores in the right quantities, at the right time and with perfect quality really does present a new challenge every day! P&G's Supply Network Operations organization is there to meet this challenge: forecasting customer demand, managing the information flows from orders, shipments and invoices and owning the physical distribution process from Distribution Centre to the customer's shelf.
As a member within the Supply Network Operations organization, you will have real responsibility from day-one, together with the training and development you need to be successful. Our unique 'build from within' organization means we grow and develop our senior management of the future from new managers like you. Summary Of Job Responsibilities
Your career can begin in one of a variety of roles within our organization:
Customer Service Operations
You will be responsible for the first line contact with our customers, dealing with their supply needs and ensuring our products are always shipped and delivered perfectly. This involves working externally with your logistics counterparts at our customers and also internally with other Functions. You will create mutual and competitive advantage that can be commercialized and help our brands to win with consumers & shoppers and may also be responsible for leading a small team of people.
Distribution
You will be responsible for the physical distribution of P&G products and their timely delivery to our customers, collaborating closely with our manufacturing plants, distribution centers and external logistics partners (including 3rd party distribution centers). By analyzing and optimizing our organization, work processes and transport, you will balance the challenge of reducing physical distribution cost while maintaining and improving competitive service levels to our customers and may also be responsible for leading a small team of people.
Market/Supply Chain Planning
You will be responsible for forecasting demand for our products and managing their supply to the customer. This includes managing the logistics for new product initiatives and promotions for one or more of our brands. You will be a key player within one of our multi-functional business teams, who will look to you as the supply chain expert to deliver breakthrough results in product shelf availability, inventory management and demand forecast accuracy.
Where ever you begin, you will be prepared for the challenges of your role both through learning on the job and structured training.

Graduated from Faculty of EngineeringLegally eligible to work in EgyptVery good knowledge of written and spoken English.
