Essential Requirements
First degree Cambridge CELTA (or equivalent TEFL-I qualification) 2 years teaching experience post initial TEFL I qualification Extensive Adults teaching plus: General English (800+hours) IELTS preparation (50+hours) Experience of developing content or learning solutions, in response to the needs of different groups of learners Experience of delivering presentations of undertaking teacher observations, mentoring and/or professional development for teachers or wider staff.
Desirable Requirements
Cambridge Delta Module 1 TEFL-Q (Delta/Trinity Diploma) Nile ELT Testing, Evaluation & Assessment (online course) Language Testing qualification Teaching Adults: -Academic Writing (200+) -EAP/ESP (200+) Experience of examining for IELTS/Cambridge exams Good knowledge of UK qualifications delivered through British Council Experience with self-access/digital products for learners of English Experience in delivering teacher training / prior line management of teachers.
