OD Specialist for at Delta Galil

“ OD Specialist ” is required for a multinational working in Textiles to join its team with the below duties:

· Experience: 2-4 years in all HR functions, and last 2 years in OD

· HR diploma (preferable)

· ERP knowledge

· MS office profession is a must.

· Excellent command of English skills.

· Well aware of OD activities.

· Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills & negotiation skills.

· Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

· Problem Solving.

· Teamwork and collaboration.
