Office Manager Job at Centro Global Solutions

Responsibilities:

-Act as first point of contact through doing administrative tasks and coordinating between CEO office and other departments.

-Manage CEO schedule by creating diaries, organising meetings and appointments, reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.

-Arranging CEO travels through issuing itineraries and manage accommodation, transportation and detailed travel plans and agendas.

-Organise events and conferences through actively manage all resources.

-Implementing and maintaining administrative tasks like typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

-Manage miscellaneous tasks to support manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, Ex. Completing some corporate governance reporting.

-Responsible of facilitating all the events conducted by the CEO Office.

Job Requirements:

• Advanced Level of English

• 2+ years of experience in the same position

• Business English Writing skills

• Presentability is a MUST
