Chief Accountant Job at Safwa Urban Development

Purpose of Role:

1. To prepare financial and performance reports.

2. To assist departments with annual budgets and reviews.

3. Internal control and tax studies.

4. To monitor financial position, financial performance and cash flows.

5. To handle his team in resolving conflicts, delegating and organizing tasks, as well as motivating and leading teams during project developments.

 Skills/ Experience

1.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, and finance - a master’s degree in accounting is preferred

2.Experience needed 8-10years of accounting with managerial experience at real estate field

3.Must be able to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment

4.Strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership and administrative skills
