- We are looking for a Senior Compensation and Benefits to oversee and administer the employees perfect rewards and smart benefits.

Responsibilities:

1-Research compensation and benefits requirements and common practices for determining employment strategy and benefit offerings.

2-Support the design, development, implementation, and administration of new compensation and benefits programs.

3-Provide the required reports with overtime, banks, settlements, and all other needed reports.

4-Aid in mandatory compensation and benefits reporting.

Requirements:

- 3: 5 years of experience.

- Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with many types of people at all levels.

- Very high Microsoft Office skills.

- Maximum age 33.

- Males only.
