Job Description
requirements:
DTR:
- Perform payroll daily operations
- Prepare monthly salaries sheets
- Able to calculate taxes and insurance
- Calculate other compensations & benefits like; Commission, bonuses &salary increases
; Calculate all pay codes that may affect monthly salaries
- Prepare other related
- Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.
- Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
- Manage the process of employee termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Commerce or any relevant degree
- 2-4 years of experience specially in payroll and personnel
- 2 years experience in taxes
- Excellent in MS office-High proficiency in Excel is a must
- very good English
Work location: New Cairo
Working hours: 8 working hours
Day Offs: two days
