Customer Relations Officer Job at U-Turn
Job Description
Duties:
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries (Front Office)
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within guidelines, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Conducting QY Survey calls, and promotion calls.
• Handling all relevant CRM activities and initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree
• Good English\Computer skills (will be tested)
• Min. 1 year of relevant experience.
• Background in Telesales/Call Centre is preferable
• Mokattam resident or nearby
• Females only
