Job requirements: Technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards Active Directory, DNS & Group Policy 2+ years’ experience in system administration specially Microsoft Products (MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, Skype for business, ... ) Analytical and problem solving skills Good communication (both verbal and written) skills Operate effectively in a team environment with technical and non-technical team members Job Tasks & Responsibilities: Takes ownership of problems and proactively resolves technical problems, ensuring that technical solutions continue to meet business requirements. Perform applications system administration functions and system analysis for overall system performance. Regularly analyze and review systems logs to determine the repeated problems. Handle all identified audit/risks comments and ensure that comments are mitigated properly and on-time. Maintain controls over the administrated applications Participate in IT projects and unplanned requests as required. Applying patch management process within the administrated systems and applications. Handle all incidents and requests in work queues.
