Job Description
* Job description:-
1. Participates in setting training plans through analyzing information to identifying training needs.
2. Contact external training providers to obtain appropriate training offers.
3. Establishing a database of training services providers and updating them after each internal or external training.
4. Participates in the evaluation of the training programs that have been implemented, including preparing the necessary reports on them
5. Implement and follow up the contracting procedures with the training institutions
6. Make sure to implement procedures related to training plans from preparing training rooms and providing training facilities internally and externally
* Job requirements:-
1. University degree in any field.
2. Years' of experience 2-3 years at same field.
3. Very good user of Microsoft office.
4. Very good command of English .
5. Good problem solving.
6. Very good communication skills.
7. Working Hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
8. Friday off
9. Job location : Elkhanka
10. Transportation
* Candidates must be residence in Cairo or Qaluobia
