Role Objective:

1. Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software

2. Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or remotely

3. Log issues / events / incidents and enhancement requests

4. Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed

5. Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
