Business Development Senior Executive

Mountain View is hiring “Business Development Senior Executive”

Responsibilities

· Monitor responses and provide analysis to help measure the effectiveness of all campaigns with a special focus on digital campaigns.

· Conduct product analysis to propose new product mix and pricing based on commercial demand & market gap.

· Adhering to project time plan and handling launches activities and commercial calendar (CPS).

· Handel the Real Estate project development in terms of approving projects’ pricing, phasing strategies, products specs, sales tactics and sales materials for new projects’ launches.

· Develop deep customer insights using quantitative and qualitative data to support recommended improvements and represent the customer voice and interest inside the company.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.

· Overall experience 3-5 years & a proven experience in real-estate developer companies.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
