Purchasing Specialist
Job Description
We’re looking for (Purchasing Specialist )
Main duties:
Work on purchasing needs/requests in company.
Help in forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
Ensure that all administration and documentation of purchasing processes are compliant with company policy.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers/vendors.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing in order to get the best deal.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Not less than 3 Years of Professional Experience in Purchasing in the Pharmaceutical industry, Cosmetics or FMCG is a must.
Ability to gather and analyze data.
Negotiation and networking skills.
Good command of the English language.
Highly detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
