HR Supervisor Job With Salary: 5000 to 8000 EGP at Smsm gift shop

Location: Shobra Elkhema _ cairo

Salary: 5000 to 8000

Responsibilities:

*Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.

*Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.

*Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.

*Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.

*Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints.

*Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval

*Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.

*Design and implement effective training and development plans.

Requirements:

*Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.

*3-6 years’ proven experience in a similar role.

*Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.

*Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.

*Ability to work at Shubra El Kheima.
