HR Coordinator
Job Description
Alex Way company is hiring (HR Coordinator) #Alexandria
Responsible for the following:
-Monitor employees' database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers…etc in order to ensure accurate database.
-Classify & screen received resumes in line with existing and potential manpower requirements.
-Conduct phone interviews and preliminary interviews when requested .
Arrange with the HR supervisor to conduct interviews.
-Contribute to Payroll Calculation.
-Following attendence through the HR system.
-Contributing to HR team efforts by accomplishing related results.
Qualifications & Requirements:
(1-2)years work experience in HR field.
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent knowledge of labor law
Good command of excel
Excellent Communication skills
